RECIPE: Smash Cake

Yes, as gross as it sounds, this is a cake made of Smash. But it's not actually as bad as it sounds - in fact the whole cake is only 1/2 a Syn AND it's great to have lying around if you ever want a snack or a cheeky slice.

(DISCLAIMER: As I'm terrible at measurements, quantities etc.... I won't put any down. My recipes are always to serve 2 - just use your own common sense. If you make too much, freeze some for another day. If you make too little - learn for next time!)

YOU NEED:

3 eggs
8 tbsp of artificial sweetener
60g Smash
2 pots of vanilla fat free (Mullerlight) yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
Fry Light

SYNS:

1/2. For the WHOLE CAKE. Just think about that!

TO MAKE:

Whisk the egg whites until stiff
Separately, whisk egg yolks and sweetener together until it resembles thick custard
Add the yoghurts to this mix, and stir well
Add baking powder and Smash, and stir
Finally, add egg whites
Meanwhile, spray a cake tin with Fry Light, add the mix and bake in the oven at 180 for 30 mins.
Take out of the tin, allow to cool, and SERVE.
